Yeah, but it fits so perfectly with the Powerpuff Girls. Meh. It's not like you're not allowed to have bad things happen to you. As it just so happens, I did not have internet access the latter part of Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or the early part of today. Family reunions are fun. This one has given me the distinct impression that I need to be more social. Or sore mocial.

Ugh. I'm so TERRIBLY annoyed. We rotate who does the dishes each day, and the ones who were supposed to do them the last few days haven't been doing them, so I'm left with several days' worth of dishes to do. I'd be doing them right now, but I made the water too hot, so I'm waiting for it to cool down.

Yes, well our dishwasher is broken, otherwise this subject would not have even come up. If it worked, I could just pop the dishes in, turn it on, and Viola! I'd have no pruny hands to deal with.

" SCOTT PILGRIM VS THE WORLD movie trailer" Ohman! Scott Pilgrim really is getting made into a movie? I thought someone was just being crazy! How did this happen? It's totally awesome, but I don't understand it at all. " SCOTT PILGRIM VS THE WORLD game trailer" Also a videogame! That makes more sense, but still, how does this happen when the books aren't even all out yet?! Things that make no sense get made into t-shirts and injokes, not movies and epic videogames D= *edit* Hey, wtf, I thought if I put the video links in (URL) brackets they were meant to just appear as links D: *edit* Oh right, you gotta put it inside quotes...

*Sigh* Just got home from 4-day camping trip (actually got home a couple of days ago) and the dishes haven't been done since I left. My little sisters are apparently so helpless without me. Played Mario Kart Wii for the first time. I share your earlier sentiments about newer Mario Karts, but with less swearing. The N64 AIs cheated more, but with the items you can get on the Wii version, they don't need to cheat as much. I mean, seriously? 3 blue shells and a POW block, all within 2 seconds of each other? And Rainbow Road is ridiculous! I've never even heard of Scott Pilgrim. It sure looks interesting, though. I think more movies need to have their sound effects typed out on-screen for the audience to see.

Its sure useful for deaf people! Its based on a 6 volume indie graphic novel. The last volume just came out a couple days ago. It was awesome. So awesome! I hate mario kart's gameplay decisions with a fiery vengeance. camping!
I haven't been since I was like 10. All I remember are the flies. SO MANY GODAMN MIDGIES.

Flies, huh? Well, you're in a different part of the world. I don't get many flies when I camp. Sometimes way too many mosquitos, though. And bees. Well, now I won't be able to proclaim myself a Mario Kart Wii master for a while. The copy of Mario Kart we had was sold, or something. My dad and his friend run a game merchant-type business, and we sometimes need to test out games and stuff to make sure they run. As part of that, we were recently asked to test out several seasons of Bleach episodes. We have three televisions in our house, and for the past two days, they've all been running Bleach simultaneously, non-stop.

That may be so, but it was interfering with people who wanted to play games rather than watch the same thing over and over. That show seems to involve a lot of telling the opponent exactly how your attacks work so that they can find a way to counter it, too. Finally got around to something I've been meaning to do. Take a gander at my avatar. Too bad I'm stuck with a Flash program so old it was made by Macromedia. I forgot to ask earlier, what are midgies?

People tell each other how their attacks work, Ichigo gets his ass kicked, goes into super special training so he can defeat the guy who beat him up, he beats him up, some stronger guy comes along and pattern repeats. This is how most of these manga work, pretty much. Avatar is cool! Like a big bang or a fairy exploding Midgies refers to a various different types of small, two-winged, annoying flying insects.

Man, playing GTAIV is really weird... the last GTA I played was the one on PSP, which is (effectively) 2D - birds eye view, but it's the exact same city! So it's really weird going through the same locations but seeing how much better everything opens up... Driving across to the middle city at night with all the lights of teh HUEG city... you just can't get that experience in 2D :-/
I wish 3D stuff was easier to do, there's a whole lot of stuff like this that can only be done in 3D. Bleh.

Never played GTA myself. Not really my type of game. Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I've been stuck on Starcraft II since we got it. In fact, I think I'll go right to playing it right now.

Been playing A.P.B. lately. It's kind of like GTA as an MMO. You can play a criminal going around and commiting crimes, or you can play as an enforcer going around and trying to stop them. It has its share of problems (poor matchmaking for the missions, and people figured out how to hack it), but when it works, it's fun.
